supplements — single-ingredient, made in the netherlands

cheechaa supplements are built on restraint. each one is a single active ingredient, chosen for a clear reason and nothing more. no proprietary blends, no decorative ingredient lists, no filler dressed up as benefit. what is on the label is what is in the capsule, and every formula is eu-tested and produced in the netherlands.

one ingredient, one job

most of the range is single-ingredient by design. a supplement should do one thing well, and you should know exactly what you are taking and why. that makes it easy to build a routine deliberately, to add or remove one variable at a time, and to see what actually works for you rather than guessing inside a blend of twenty things.

built for output and recovery

the line is organised around the two sides of performance. some supplements support output: energy, focus, the capacity to push. others support the downshift: recovery, stress balance, sleep. a body that can only push is not optimised. the range is meant to be read this way, so you can match a product to the state you are actually in rather than the one you wish you were.

choosing by goal and moment

each supplement has a clear place in the day. some are morning products, taken with food or a fatty meal for uptake. others belong to the evening, when the body is winding down. the product pages spell out the dose, the timing and what each one pairs well with, so you can place it in your routine without guesswork.

tested, and made here

every cheechaa product is hand selected and hand produced in the netherlands, under eu testing. where a carrier helps an ingredient absorb, we use micro-zeolite (clinoptilolite) rather than a synthetic filler. the standard is the same across the whole range: recognisable ingredients, honest formulation, and nothing added for show.

the basics still come first

supplements are an addition to a routine that already respects the body, not a replacement for it. food, sleep, movement and consistency do the heavy lifting. a good supplement supports that foundation. it does not stand in for it.
